Terry's Letter

Dear Friends,

I am very happy to see so many young film-makers from Greece and throughout Europe gathering for Vollywood's first year.  They have actively embraced our festival by sending movies filled with creativity and a "fresh" outlook.
Our aim is to engage younger generations of film-makers by exposing them to quality movies.  We hope this will create platforms for youth all over the world to "unravel" and freely express themselves and of course, create opportunities to experience the 7th arts' offerings.  Additionally, inexperienced film-makers will have a chance to expose their work to wider circles, including an experienced committee of film-makers.  The festival also serves as a vehicle for exposing thousands of viewers to the artists' work.
The art of cinemas is not stagnant, but evolves collectively over time.  Festivals like these man the movie industry with an army of young creators.
